1. Clear out the residual slag in the bottom of peanut roasting machine before lighting a fire to prevent bar blocking that would affect the warming up time of the heater.
2. Quality coal shall be used for burning. The fire grate should be cleared in time in the process of burning in order to prevent the coal coking, resulting in poor ventilation.
3. The oil level display tube on the expansion tank should be checked before making a fire and ensure that the oil level is about 20 mm higher than the bottom of the glass tube. If the oil level can not reach the standard, users shall supply 330# conduction oil timely.
4. Turn on the high-temperature pump immediately after firing to increase the circulation of the conduction oil. When the temperature in the peanut roasting machine reaches 80℃, start the corotation button to make the rotor cage into working state and prevent high temperature static deformation.
5. In the process of working, the reverse button should be started when the cage has stopped completely in order to prevent the inertia effect that would damage the motor and other parts.
6. The oil temperature of peanut roasting machine should be controlled at 290°C to 300°C by the fuel door. Open the door when the oil temperature is higher than 300°C for cooling and when the oil temperature is below 290°C, close the door. The oil temperature should not exceed 300°C in order to prevent the heat conduction oil from reaching the boiling point.
7. In the baking process, the working temperature is 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes when roasting peanut without red skin. And the working temperature is 200-220°C for 60-70 minutes when roasting peanuts with red skin. On the basis of different moisture of peanut, the staff should roast for 1-2 furnace first to get the data for batch production.
8. The feeding inlet, outlet and air outlet of peanut roasting machine should be closed when heating in order to ensure the operating temperature of the oven. Open the air outlet valve after feeding to get the moisture out.
9. The feeding of each rotor cage should have an interval of 10 to 15 minutes to prevent discharging at the same time, affecting the quality of roasted peanut.
10. In the process of baking, if power cut appears, users should quickly turn the reverse handwheel for discharging to prevent the losses of peanut.
11. At the end of the work, users should stop heating quickly to make the oven temperature drops rapidly. When the oil temperature drops to 80°C, stop the circulating pump. When the oven temperature drops to 80°C, stop the cage to prevent static deformation under high temperature.
