By picking out the bad peanuts, the flavor of peanut butter will not be affected.

Third, peanut butter machine.

The peeled peanuts are lifted by the elevator to the hopper of the peanut butter machine. This is the key link in peanut butter production-grinding, high-speed rotation of the rotor, shearing and grinding peanuts into paste.

Fourth, degassing tank.

Peanut butter is sent to a degassing tank for vacuum degassing to control the oxidation of browning pigments, vitamins, aromatic components and other substances and prevent the quality of peanut butter from declining.

Fifth, peanut butter filling machine.

The peanut butter is automatically filled, and the filling speed is intelligently adjustable.
